      It is great being able to work with extremely talented people from around the world. Upper management is very supportive and communicates frequently and transparently. The company is constantly looking at ways enhance the employee experience.

      Cons

      The start-up environment will force you out of your comfort zone from time to time, but it allows you to expand your capabilities and contribute in meaningful ways.

      The company has a very good work culture with positive vibes all around. It’s a great place to grow in the software industry, with supportive teams and a collaborative environment. The work atmosphere is truly positive and encouraging

      Remote work, and maybe a cool backpack or a new manager that realizes how toxic things are and leaves right away making a statement for others to follow 👍💪

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Lack of leadership and incompetent interim roles constantly being filled. Steady financial decline.
