      Pros

      You learn to work fast paced and get a good knowledge of salads and dressings.

      Cons

      Really Easy place to work just gets crazy during busy hours like lunch and dinner and they usually are understaffed. Also need to make a more standardized way of training and possibly make a manual how things should be done around the kitchen everyone does things how they like

      Fast-paced and high-impact serving the communities

      It's hard work and with no freezers and everything fresh you have to really stay on top of inventory rotation

      Flexible hours, if you work hard and pick up shifts you can move up the company quickly into management.

      Poor management by the owners, it is a small company so they try to squeeze you
