      Management here is amazing in every way possible, but the parent company runs the show and makes ultimate decisions. I have no advice for management.

      I loved working for SML and have zero compaints.

      Cons

      During the slow season jobs became scarse but if you managed your money right suring the busy season it was enough to hold you over.

      The employees are like family

      Owner sold company to Porch, inc and now it’s micromanaged and they over work and under pay you. Then eventually they will lay you off.
