      Good health insurance. Small environment. Company has so much potential!

      Cons

      The owner of the org doesn’t trust company leadership and gets too involved with the day to day. C-Levels act inappropriately with their subordinates - any boundaries set by subordinates are met with passive aggressive attitudes. Not a safe place.

      Great people to work with. Very talented group of people that all add unique value to the company.

      Cons

      Important positions remain vacant, which causes a heavier workload and more responsibilities that are put on people, which leads to burnout.
