Pros

- Growth opportunity - Great past growth trajectory and backing from top notch VCs as social proof of excitement around the opportunity. - Positive social impact - It is extremely rewarding to work for a company that has the ability to help so many people in a deeply personal and impactful way. - Down to earth and collaborative culture - Everyone is humble, helpful and very friendly.

Cons

- As with any new company there is still a lot of white space around processes and workflows that are not fully optimized. Anyone who joins will need to take initiative and be comfortable with a certain level of ambiguity in order to succeed.

Pros

-Company culture of creativity, supportive people and intelligent debate -Opportunity to build a department from the ground up -Fantastic benefits for a Series A startup -People encouraged to really know themselves (strengths, growth opportunities, skillsets, needs/wants) and set healthy boundaries with others that supports their best work

Cons

I'm thrilled to say I can't really think of anything that sticks out as a notable con so far; this is quite the company to work for!

Pros

- Incredibly smart team. Thoughtful, solutions-oriented people who love to collaborate and work together to build bright ideas. Kind, friendly faces make it super happy place to be day-to-day. - Lasting impact - You can see how your work directly contributes to the product, and how that product is positively impacting lives all over the world. Can totally make your day receiving an email or comment from a Simple Habit user. - Freedom to grow - Our CEO empowers us to cultivate our dream careers, she pushes us to think sharper, gives us the opportunity to try new things and make mistakes, and encourages us to continuously grow.

Cons

The nature of a small team and startup requires individuals to move quickly, wear a lot of hats, and stay organized. Clear direction will sometimes have to be distilled by you, not senior management, and with that, is an opportunity to shape the product and company.
