A diverse team with respectful, talented and professional colleagues. Product-focused with opportunities to grow and have a voice in the company. Efforts to define and maintain cultural values and relationships are strong and constant. Direct and open communication with the CEO & CTO is a major plus that empowers and engages the team more.
Cons
As all scale-up startups, focus shifts from time to time and we need to reset and adapt, not necessarily a con though since it adds experience on a personal level and suspense on the day to day chores.
