      Pros

      *It's a remote position *Good starting pay and to get your foot in the door for law.

      Cons

      *Micromangement *Weekends, night shifts and holidays are all workable hours to the firm *The way they treat their clients is very snake like. They will take on a case and after it leaves the intake department, they do not get much of a response from the rest of the teams, 6 months can go by and the firm will send a letter stating they are not able to assist.

      Pros

      The training was exceptional! The trainers really took the time to ensure the material was understood and always make me feel comfortable to ask questions in needed. Colleagues are so friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can. I came from a firm that was very much a sink or swim environment and I'm happy to report that Simon & Simon is nothing like that. This firm really cares about their employees and wants to ensure they are fostering a work environment that takes care of their employees mental health by prioritizing a work load that does not induce a stressful environment. I really love my job and I'm grateful to be here.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is it would be nice to have the option to work part-time.
