Pros
Opportunities for education and certifications are not only available but suggested. Everyone I've worked with is respectful and genuinely works towards the best interest of the bank. The benefits are the best I've come across so far. I really can't think of anything to complain about.
Cons
The the only con I could come up with was there seems to be some question on the direction the department is heading which leads to some competitiveness between some teams as if they feel their positions maybe at risk for restructure.
