      Pros

      Devoted, passionate team, engaging work. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Chaotic, constant miscommunication, employees are mocked, belittled, and insulted by the head attorney. Working here was a nightmare I'm still waking up from. The environment is toxic. The head attorney does not listen and take feedback. Staff is not respected. Everyone is miserable. It feels like you're locked in an abusive relationship.

      Pros

      Great work culture, and very embracing of mine. Flexible with the schedule as long as its communicated. Small company and they value feedback and are willing to listen to employee ideas and suggestions.

      Cons

      One of the cons are the clients they are blatantly disrespectful and if you are not able to remember that they are just frustrated and lost then this place is not for you

      Family culture, severely under compensation, 9 hour work days, no hybrid or flex schedule.
