Create a random reason to pull of personal vendettas. 4. Partial allocation when it comes to finances - no reimbursements / no parking 5 . HR is a joke - totally Spineless and pointless. 6. Leadership- Gandhijis 3 monkeys .

- Good place to learn and experience - People friendly and open door policy to go directly and learn anything - Culture wise good company - If you join then salary offered can be good rest is up to your manager on how much he/she care for you. - A lot of scope to get involved in different work to expand horizons and is promoted by all to do so - It is one of those companies where you would like to stay for longer period of career

- This is completely subjective and depends on individual, no particular issue. The hike is little higher than average industry standard but can sometimes feel less for some individuals rest no major issue
