If you are from a technical background, this role may not be the right fit for you. with some exception for people are doing it The job primarily involves searching for profiles, sending messages through LinkedIn Recruiter, making calls to candidates, and following up with them. It is largely a voice-based recruitment role with significant focus on targets and closures. The staffing industry often works through multiple layers of vendors. For example, if a client allocates a budget of 1000, a company such as TCS or Wipro may retain 400 as its margin, leaving 600 for the next vendor. That vendor may further deduct 100–200 before the offer reaches the candidate. Recruiters are then expected to negotiate within the remaining budget while still convincing candidates to accept the opportunity. There will be no growth from past 15 year guys making string taping the profile choose wisely
