Pros

Really awesome people who are so committed to their clients. Lots of opportunity.

Cons

Really frustrating place to work. The majority of the team is remote and with C-19 there has been no adjustment to ensure that the team stay connected.. There was an initial reach out from leadership to the team members, but 5+ months into this and it’s like crickets, leaving a team that does not feel supported. The communication from the top is very poor. Although there are bi-weekly meetings with the CEO the whole thing is repetitive and canned.

We are very sorry to hear of your frustrations. We have been continually adjusting to ensure that we can connect as a team during COVID-19. We've added new slack channels, provided weekly executive communications, added team-based roundtables, and created a virtual all company meeting in Q2. We have heard from many employees that they appreciate the regular meetings which include openly answering questions, providing updates, and celebrating team wins. We want to hear additional suggestions from our team about how we can continue to do more. If you have feedback for how we could change them, please submit via the WaterCooler, reach out to your manager or our CEO directly. We’re always open to hear how we can improve.

Pros

After working at both small and large companies, I can confidently say I’m really happy I landed at Silverline. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and that sense of kindness and collaboration hasn’t faded. It’s a fantastic group of people to bounce ideas off, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. Jason was absolutely fantastic throughout the interview process. He kept me updated almost daily and clearly puts a lot of care and effort into finding the right person for each role, it really shows. The benefits here are also strong. While the PTO policy is still evolving (currently at 10 days), I actually appreciate the clarity. Unlimited or flexible PTO can sometimes be tricky to navigate, since it’s not always clear what’s “too much” or “too little.” For those in the U.S., the insurance pricing is excellent, and there are a variety of additional benefits offered, including critical illness, accident coverage, legal support, and more. Overall, I can genuinely see myself here for a long time. If you’re considering joining, go for it!!

Cons

PTO policy, but as I mentioned it's a work in progress.

Pros

There once was a lot of cool people working here.

Cons

The acquisition destroyed the company. Benefits are non existent. Culture is gone. Almost anyone who knew what they were doing left and the ones who didn’t wish they had. Avoid at all costs unless you like being miserable and hate employer 401k contributions.
