- Free drinks at morning and evening. - 2 hours lunch (follows your assigned department) - Chill work That's basically my experience during internship. But whatever it is, communicate a lot and ask for guidance if you need help. The senior would gladly help you.
Cons
Some decisions to client in project could be stricter. They should know their own capabilities without accepting any client request. But it's only from my own point of view.
