The work culture is excellent, with very friendly and approachable colleagues. People are genuinely open to contributing and helping you learn, which creates a fantastic environment for an intern. There is a strong emphasis on inclusivity and diversity, making everyone feel welcome and valued.

The workflow can be inconsistent. At times, the workload becomes quite hefty and demanding, while at other times, it can get very quiet with not enough tasks to fill the day. This uneven pace can be a challenge to adapt to.
