Silverback Strategies has the worst work life balance of any place I've been! If you work here, you'll be staffed to twice the number of accounts they say you'll manage, take constant emotional abuse from both management and clients, and need to work late hours and weekends just to stay afloat.
Management will make empty promises constantly and blatantly gaslight you about promises they've made. The C-suite is a boys club that makes disparaging comments about fellow employees - they will deny this but I have personally seen it happen. The CEO has no idea what he's doing and is making it up as he goes. Promotions will go to whoever management likes the most, and then they over-invest in non-revenue driving positions and departments, leaving to an increased workload.
Silverback Strategies is fast to fire and has many layoffs from losing clients because they don't differentiate themselves from the thousands of other agencies.
Save yourself from trauma and don't work here.
