Disorganised and manipulative - Crew Member Silverback Events Employee Review

Strong use of manipulation. Contract and employment law is not followed despite constant reminders and meetings to do so. They will shout at you down the phone and in the office if you do not follow everything they say or question anything. Despite being freelance will fire you if you try to work for anyone else, trying to trap you in their system for as long as possible, despite the contract not saying you cannot do so. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOB AS IT IS WORKING THROUGH ILLEGAL WORK PRACTICES. I shall be leaving very soon
