Pros
Great customers, formerly committed employees, innovative product.
Cons
The departments became a collection of fiefdoms with a focus enriching the leadership at the cost of employee morale. Since the Silver Lake acquisition there has been a steady attrition of talent. Now the company is hiring inexperienced, cheaper resources that get little if any professional mentoring. The sense is that the company is being setup to sell to Salesforce, but it is doubtful that Salesforce will buy it.
