scheduling was sometimes a big issue

if you are a friend/relative of someone in management, you can do *almost* anything you want

corporate management does *not* care about the many, many issues at their campuses. you either make it work, or get fired for not making them happy. you will be paid some of the lowest wages in the industry to do the work of 5+ people & be expected to make this job your life. nepotism/favoritism are the 2 best ways to get any kind of raise or promotion. if they don't like you (for whatever reason), they will make it their mission to get you to quit. corporate exec's and VP's have a very, "Mad Men-esque," view of themselves-- self-importance, hyper-conservative and extremely non-inclusive. they do not care what kind of corners they need to cut for profit.
