Good pay good benefits nice environment understanding with past records. Willing to give you a chance. They do a lot for their employees, cookouts and such catered meals. Good work environment. Only 14 or 15 days a month.

Point system could be improved upon. Pto could be better but it's not bad. Hr has a bit of an attitude but I've had worse.
Every other weekend off and every other Monday off to pay my bills.

You don't get promotions. There are a few people that have been there for a long time and don't get promotions. And the people that the senior employees train become the senior employees boss. Some times there is no break for the senior employees. The new hires make about the same senior employees. You can't move up in this job.
