Toxic work environment - Brewer Silver City Brewery Employee Review

Management is a joke, constantly set up for failure, they say to speak up about issues only so they can be flipped back on to you, sales team gets constantly gratification while the floor workers making the beer suffer. Was a decent place to work at one point but got worse as the years went on. 10/10 would not recommend. Sorry but people need to hear the truth
