Pros
Most of the people and the CFO are very nice.
Cons
I wish zero stars was an option. - Teamwork needs a LOT of improvement. Some people have the “I’m too good for this” attitude and won’t even answer your questions. - You won’t be doing much to do with sales. Most of the workload is stuff that people in other departments usually do. - Small company so the health insurance is very expensive. - Very immature environment. Yes, it is relaxed but think along the lines of middle school/ high school in maturity. - Without going into detail, as a POC the language used made me uncomfortable every day. - Manager expects you to play teacher’s pet. I mentioned in an email that people don’t know what teamwork is in our department, and she turned it into WW3. I had to attend a meeting that turned into the CEO Eric belittling and insulting me. Yes, the CEO of the company. The CEO said that although he’s never looked at my resume, he believes I have no idea what teamwork is and that it is not putting up a tent with girls at Summer camp (I’ve never been to Summer camp by the way), that I have no idea how a business works (I’m also a business owner registered in NJ), and that I should take the weekend to think about if I actually wanted to work there. Since when did this become appropriate behavior in the workplace? And from the CEO of all people. Avoid this place! Looks are deceiving.
