The office is kind of cool and most of the staff are nice.
Cons
The company has a horrible culture - political and back stabbing! It's just out to make as much money as possible and has no interest in its staff. The staff churn rate is super high - it's basically a revolving door. Senior management are self centred and only interested in making money and getting ahead of each other in their careers at any cost! It is very political and you will only get on in the company if you are a 'YES' person. There's no point in having your own creative thoughts and ideas as they never get used. The owner is arrogant with a big ego and wants to be liked by everyone, by trying to be overly friendly. Everyone can see through this and knows it's just a facade - all friendly one minute and then slating people the next! Very self centred, likes the sound of their own voice and is so fake! The current CEO sits behind closed doors, only talks to senior people and openly admits to not wanting to read reports, therefore a lot of time is wasted in pointless meetings where nothing get implemented. They are rarely in the office and are simply just not a good leader. The leadership to the creative team is really poor, with little direction and no real creative input or ideas.
