      Pros

      To have a job. That's about it.

      Cons

      Uppr management is very poor. Training is severly lacking. The place is been on a downturn for the past couple of decades. Benefits are cut back, small pay raises, agressive move to downsize.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
