      Pros

      The culture is awesome having worked at other big tech companies prior, everyone is keen to help each other out and share their learnings. The flexibility is great with a hybrid set up allowing me to have time away from work too. However, the best pro would probably be the product itself.

      Cons

      None so far, except commission structure could be slightly revamped.

      hybrid work schedule, Wednesday lunches

      Cons

      Historically low pay across the board with out annual increases No communication from leadership, very siloed teams that are scattered all over the globe, feels like 5 different companies with no real mission. Waiting for product launch for 3 years, many team members disgruntled. 1% 401k match feels laughable.
