While utilization is an important metric, it is one of several factors we consider. Annual charge hour targets are intended as a general guide to help manage workload, not the primary measure of performance, and vary based on role and business model.
We encourage employees to take time off (including a minimum of four weeks of FTO where possible), observe holidays, and meet professional development requirements. Our flexible environment relies on proactive communication. We ask employees to work closely with team leaders to manage workload, share availability, and flag when they need support.
We also encourage open, one-on-one conversations with Human Resource Business Partners, managers or principals to address any challenges and to find the right balance.
