      Pros

      Nothing much... They have began to run it like a grocery shop. Not fit to be called an MNC. A big AVOID..!!!

      Cons

      Demotions in the company. Layoffs across board In midst of turmoil, suprisingly pa/ ps of ArB's getting promoted and given responsibilities out of league. Cost cutting... penny wise pound foolish types. Employee forced to take multiple job responsibilities even when they arent fit for the job eventually leading to forced resignation No proper HR to adhere to grievances and everytime you have to visit ArB you have to go through De*** who btw has started to throw weight around... God help the ones in co.

      Pros

      -People here are great, I made friendships that go beyond the job. -The benefits are pretty good, employee contributions are on the lower end. I also appreciate the PTO day for community service and the fitness reimbursement plan. -I love the employee events like birthday treats (when they still had them) and the holiday party

      Cons

      -There is little to no internal promotion opportunities anymore. When roles have opened up, they have gone to external candidates, or they bring someone in from the location in Europe. -Patchy communications from corporate, as well as corporate boasting the record-breaking profits on the internet, and then our bonuses would get cut - left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. -Salaries are pretty frugal -Senior management seem to be in a micromanagement mindset and caring about the wrong things -HR and management have made some bad choices when it comes to employees lately that I don't agree with
