      Signify is an amazing company with a great culture and environment. With the right manager, this can be one of the best company to work for.

      Signify is an amazing company with a great culture and environment, but a few individuals from outside disrupt this healthy atmosphere. When such people become managers, they misuse their power and create a toxic dominance, leaving employees with no choice but to resign despite the company’s otherwise positive workplace.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
