Pros
- Good attitude from colleagues - Focus on results and delivering products - Great space for new technologies - Trust in work culture and self independence from managers
Cons
- Lot of unclarity about work from home - the high management does not like it at all and makes it super annoying and bureaucratic to request working from home - Understaffed: there is a lot to do and it feels like you are always behind. The planning does not reflect what we usually do. - Career progression is not very good for software engineers. The company seems to have a `promotion is managing people` mentality instead of valuing technical contributors and specialists.
