      There were some great benefits to working for a big company like that, health insurance, travel perks, etc.

      Cons

      Company was so big, management didn't know who you were but a number. Easily missed over for opportunities. Not many bonuses.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
