Old employee always make fool to their management and show extremely high effort than what is is doing..
Management is also blindly faith and giving more power that what manager deserves..

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
