Great community of people, I had very good managers most of the time, learned a lot from this community on the job, expended my knowledge and had opportunities to grow, crossfunctionnal, cross regional roles, that is how i moved to the Netherlands

Decision making processes, and you also have to have enough patience for growth, dont expect immediate opportunities, you must also be open to lateral opportunities.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
