Really worst R&D center. If you are joining R&D public in Signify, you will be in real hell . People don't know the culture and don't respect the people even if you are 15+ year experienced. Attitude, pressure, worst work life balance.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
