I am currently working at Signify as a working student and can say that the job itself is quite good, there are a lot of tasks, and enough options to learn if you want. You can be as flexible as you want and can always ask for additional tasks.

You have to learn how to say no, otherwise you'll be overworked and stressed.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Cons
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
