They overwork you, they dont listen to your opinions and believe everything and everyone is happy when truly that's not the case. Nothing is fair working here. If you can do avoid at your very best. Work life balance is not good at all. limited social events. No growth opportunity at all. Workload is alot and they wont give you more pay even though your doing 3 times as more work. Constantly changing structure every 3 years. Not inclusive at all.
