The President of Significance truly cares about her employees. I have witnessed her going out of her way to listen, problem solve and help employees. She is willing to extend a helping hand or listening ear to both personal and work related matters. Mary would literally give the shirt off her back to someone in need. Mary prides herself in being personable in every way and it is evident that relationships are the foundation of her business. With a growing business it is often hard for the CEO/President to take the time to get to know her employees however, Mary has made this a priority. Mary schedules calls with every employee throughout the year during their birthday month.
