Everything. This is an abusive work environment. I worked at SP for two years. Do not believe their ads. There is no room for growth. Pay is extremely low for work expected. I was expected to take on an overwhelming amount of projects alone that originally was a work load for a team of three. Was promised that someone would be hired to help me and they did not hire someone for a year and a half. At one point there was so much work that I was doing 5-7 hours of overtime every week and not getting paid for that time. There's so many more awful things. Do not work here.
