Nice management. I think Dovi is great.

Some patients are too difficult. Too many people trying who are senile and violent and crazy.

Residents mostly nice. It’s a brand new building and nice surroundings that’s all. Everything else is horrible here!

Salary sucks, as a med tech they expect you to do everything, serve food, clean, dining room, clean residents, wash residents even tho it’s a personal care toilet residents, shower them, do their laundry and top of that pass their meds, order meds. It’s unreal.
