Untouchable communication training that has opened a tremendous amount of doors. Great management, good atmosphere, signatures dispatchers are gems. Company willing to work with you. Good technical training paid for by company. It was sad to go but if it wasn’t for them I would still be driving a forklift in some warehouse. Patient management.

Pay was ok but not as competitive as other companies. This is largely due the crazy post covid job market in out industry. Although they did change their pay structure for installers soon after I left. I keep in touch with a lot of installers from signature, most are clearing over 50h/r with the new piece pay structure they rolled out a few months ago.

Some people were a pleasure to work with, and the techs were very nice.

This was the most unorganized mess of a company I have ever worked for. There is zero accountability at all levels, and barely any training to make you successful at the role itself. Customers call in frustrated that there is zero follow-up with requests, and dispatchers don't know what they are doing and are constantly rescheduling appointments or needing to find appointments. Certain office staff employees bully others and management does nothing about it which creates a completely toxic work environment. Zero work-life balance.
