Everyone tries to really work as a team. It definitely makes the day go bye smoother when we all are on the same page. Pleasant work environment. Consistent, understanding and reliable managers.

So after a few months my only issue is suddenly have my salary changed knowing i know have family to provide for and needing consistency considering I go above and beyond for the company. I've been moved around quite a bit and for them to down grade my pay after not compensating me for having me go to various locations was very disappointing. Otherwise no other issues.
