Brand new facility, procedures and policies focused on residents are great, and great technology in the facility.

Lack of organisation when organising anything at all. Orientation was good but disorganised. First buddy shift… I was told you will just have to a”survive” on my own when I didn’t even know medication systems or reporting. Huge risk to residents and the roster manager was content with doing this to the residents.

Lovely residents, coffee shop in facility

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Don't care about staff, even in the kitchen. Only hire one kitchen helper to look after two different areas. A lot of the carers I have worked with just want to have a chat instead of helping residents with every day tasks.
