I was with this “company” for 6 months and it was the one of the worst experiences of my life. To anyone considering on applying for a job here be warned as I wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole! From day 1 I was treated unfairly, bullied, and made to feel that I was the reason for my failures where in fact it was down to horrendous management. As someone who was coming into the business with no experience of the industry I was compared to others who had and was told to organise my own training. I was made to feel unwanted and ordered to carry out tasks that in no way helped my development. After raising my concerns to a Director for feeling bullied by a certain manager I was sent to other offices with promise of better training and treatment. This of course was a lie and a cover for diffusing a bad situation. Not only was I made to travel further to the new offices, the promise of greater development and opportunities were not provided in the slightest. Any opportunity that was sourced by myself and was of potential great value were taken away and handed over to other colleagues by management. I was again left to feel unwanted and could tell that the management and other hierarchy were removing opportunities to have an excuse to dismiss me. After raising these concerns with a Director again I was basically advised that it was my fault for the negative experience I was having. I also had to hear this pitiful excuse after waiting almost 2 hours for this Director who had even organised the date and time of the meeting. This experience caused me a huge amount of stress and I could not be happier to be far away from this disease of a company.
