Pros
First and foremost is the people! Excellent group that works hard to service internal and external customers every day! There are many opportunities to advance in all departments...and management is constantly looking for ways to keep employees engaged and happy. It's a great place to work!
Cons
With a distributed workforce, it can be hard to connect to the field employees enough. Finding better ways to keep these employees from feeling disconnected from the rest of the team is something that's always top of mind during internal discussions.
