Awful and makes me very unhappy - Sales Associate Sierra Employee Review

Basically everything else; a very depressing atmosphere which brings you down, lowest pay out of all jobs in the area, managers could care less about you and how you feel, long hours with no motivation to want to work that long. Schedules are never consistent and if you want a life outside of work? Forget it. You basically have to be a workaholic.
