Moronic decisions lead to angry customers - Anonymous employee Sierra Employee Review

Apparently mgmt would send EMAILS to customers stating they were no longer allowed to shop there b/c of high return rates. Embarrassed to work there and have to explain this to customers. I also had customers complain about recieving products that appeared used on multiple occasions. When there is smoke there is fire.
