thought it was going to be easier than the big box company previously worked at, little did i know it was going to be a joke

Where should i start: Horrible management staff -favoritism -rude -disrespectful -degrading to other managers over the headset radios for everyone to hear -belittling and reprimanding to other managers on sales floor in front of customers and co-workers -unprofessional -immature -zero compassion for associates safety when snow storms happened -let personal feelings dictate whether or not associates were fired, written up, or given hours -if an associate crossed any kind of imaginary line or offended the favorites their hours were cut -emotions ruled the store and lies were told -upper management knew less than department supervisors -no room for growth -no encouragement given
