      Good place to start an engineering career because you can be involved in all the factory process as much as you wish.

      Cons

      No career plan, no training programs so no promotions neither good feedbacks, not good communication with your management and human resources.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
