Amazing people that are very nice to work with. Has been a career starting place for hundreds of young developers. Some very nice projects. A place to learn. Big company with many opportunities. Good training programs.
Cons
The upper management in Brasov is very unprofessional and biased. Siemens used to have top tier management during PSE days, the current situation is very bad and is destroying the company from top down. Huge salary gaps across various roles. The students are hired on very low money and kept that way for years in order to finance the much higher salaries of senior members. Some team leads have no leader skills. The internal communication is non-existent. The company is now very far from what a modern IT company should be.
