Pros
The management is the best I've seen. They're competent, understanding, empathetic, and overall well rounded. The schedule is solid, you can work overtime when it is available, or stick to 40 per week.
Cons
The pay is well on the lower end for what you'll be doing. The raises don't always match inflation either.
