Cons
Employee survey results were not good so the company stopped taking surveys and sharing results. Management is abusive often mistreating employees with widespread threats of termination if employees don't deliver on large workload and long, unpaid overtime. Promises are made to consider salary increases to later be cut with no discussion, HR is there to manage what is high turnover at times with a blind eye given to nepotism and unwarranted termination of long-standing employees. Opportunities for taking on more tasks are constantly encouraged with no reward given, except to win political favors when the next round of terminations takes place.
