Gross lack of professionalism amongst management - difficult to work with due to constant belittling and childish behaviours across most departments - in several parks. Quite the shame. Cutting of corners and little investment in necessary equipment, especially for the pool complex. Salary lower than average for experienced employees. Supplementary hours often dismissed.
